We shouldnt have to wait for Kant to be finished to get a stone evolved pokemon.

Most of the stone evolved pokemon arent even that good compared to other pokemon.

In g/s/c you would be able to get stones by simply finding them, receiving them after re-battles/or getting called. In the next update, these things will be implemented.
