Can't get on the game?

I've downloaded all the software I needed to and I have played it before but every time I go to play it, there's apparently a problem and then a Windows box comes up and says that it is trying to troubleshoot and then the game just closes. I have restarted my computer too but it still won't work.

Post more info, screenshots, errors. Look a bit in the bugs forum if someone has the same problem.
I still don't get how people have a problem with installing 2 programs and run the game.
