Not a bug Sound is muted!!!!!

Hey the game's sounds are not working at all. I tried putting the volume at 0 back to 100 and no response i checked to see if it was my computer, but it wasn't so i want to know wa will i have to do in order to get my sound back on pokemon 3d.
