Fixed Stuck in wall in Slowpoke Well

After defeating a battle right in front or on the first staircase to get up the hill in the slowpoke well I somehow walked through the wall. I tried quiting the game and reloading my save right away but apperently it autosaved and now I am stuck inside the wall now since escape ropes don't exist yet. Can you please help me get un-stuck?
