Fixed Where the hell is Lapras?

I looooove the online mode, but I can't find Lapras on it's spot in GSC...
Is he in another spot or is this version without Lapras?

well the red gyarados picture is where the lapras should be and I really should be sad too about it because I saw that 1x lapras a friday happens but not so on pokemon 3d (It should be reported as a bug since loads spawned in 32.0v)
