New viewpoint of the trainbridge on route 30

Didn't know if anybody else noticed. Infact the trainbridge swaped the viewpoint.
It's a small matter, but I would like to know why it was changed.

because(assuming that the train bridge went straight across) that is where it would cross based on its location in route32
you can see how this works by playing silver's soul and going to cherrygrove where you can see the train b/c my custom route 49
