So the game will no longer be moddable in the future? and if theres gonna be no scripting language how are the devs gonna implement abilities and attacks unless they hardcode it into a dat file like the towns are.

We, the devs, are hard coding moves. So, just no more LUA moves. It will be the same way it was before LUA was implemented. To my knowledge. Animations are probably going to change a bit. If you wait for the update, everything will be revealed then. And a .dat file is NOT hardcoded. Hard coded things are put into the code. With a .dat file, the code simply tells it too look for the .dat file, and then reads it from there. I'd say wait until the update, because almost nothing is set in stone.

I guess ill hold off on moves for now since it seems you guys are doing moves yourselves(if you guys are whens the release?). Thanks for the heads up. and when i said hard coded i meant files the users cant touch/mod but yea your right thanks for the brief education.
