Fixed Launcher won't start, invalid start parameters

I can't figure out why. Just installed 0.31.1, put my old saves in the new folder and created a desktop shortcut to Pokemon3D.exe. Can someone tell me what to do?

you sure it was Pokemon3d.exe?
if you goto that program in the folders
is there also a folder called Pokemon?

There is folder called pokemon which contains the entire game's properties, including Pokemon.exe. It first downloaded into the downloads folder so I moved it onto the desktop. Could this be the problem?

That folder needs to be in the same location as the launcher
just move the launcher to the desktop and it will work out

THey're both there, but it still won't start.
