Fixed I lost my pokemon?!?!?

Ok, heres what happened:
I went to the trading center.
I put my Quilava, lvl 21, up for trade. cant remember what i was wanting to trade for.
about an hour later I decided to change my mind and go get my pokemon back.
I was pleased to see that nobody had taken me up on the trade, and took it back out.
Later went into my team, Quilava was not there.
went to each of the boxes in the pc...Quilava was not there.
went to the daycare to see if i had forgetfully placed it there...Quilava was not there either.
I even looked for the pokemon that I was trying to trade Quilava for. That wasnt anywhere to be seen either.
Please fix bug, I miss my starter and I just know he is FLIPPING OUT being lost and not knowing where his trainer is. Reunite us please. I would not like to have to restart the game.

Wait.... So.... You put it up for trade, you took it off, placed it into your party slot, went outside and it dissapeared?
Hmmmmm, did you save after losing him? If so, try pressing ''Continue'' instead of load when you log in and hope that it'll set you back right before you lost your Quilava, if it doesn't then... I am not too sure what I can do for you. I can breed you a new Cyndaquil if desired. Give it a proper nick-name, etc.

if this does not work, send me a copy of your pokemon folder. through some file sharing program such as drop box or google drive for example. I will take a look to see if I can do anything.
