Fixed Confuse Ray Backfire

Hey,
Awhile ago when I was battling the Kimono girls I noticed that that when the Umbreon used Confuse ray Not only did it confuse my Pokemon it confused itself. I also notice that when my Kadabra used confuse ray it confused itself.

Please Fix this.

Confusion is kinda broken
I will check with nilllzz to make sure he is fixing that
