Finished Looking for a Water Type

I am looking for a water type pokemon. Preferably between levels 20-30, doesn't matter if it's a starter or not. I am flexible, so give me an offer. Currently the trade is not up on the GTS.

I've got a legit Tentacruel lv 45 that knows surf or would you prefer me to make something for you?

Edit: This by the way is the lv of some Tentacruel on route 45 when playing on max difficulty so don't think I trained it or anything.
