Anyone know if they're available in P3D and how to get them? I really don't want to be stuck with a Vulpix all game.

As far as I know they aren't implemented yet but they should be soon, but even if they were you would have to wait until you got to see bill or hope to get a random one from a trainer via a phone call so it would not have been that soon even if they were in.
