Game doesnt start

Hyho
Iv downloaded Pokémon3D.exe and try to start the Game, but nothing happend :\
dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64.exe and xnafx40_redist.msi is installed.
Tried to run Pokemon3D.exe as admin and with compatibility settings. But its allways the same, clicking on Start Game (0.18_1) and nothing happend.
I know here are a lots of threads like this but i cant find a tip :\

Download the two Frameworks (XNA and .NET) on the Troubleshoot link in the PKM 3D Launcher. =))

• What Windows version do you have?

Windows is Up 2 date. Im using win 7 64 Bit.
And if already downloaded this Version, but its allways the same, i click Start Game and theres seams something to work but there arent new windows or something in the taskmgr and the Launcher is closed.

It sounds like the requirements is not installed. Can you try uninstalling the requirements? Then download and install the requirements here: http://pokemon3d.net/upload/
