I found my party file in the pokemon map. Is it possible to change numbers in this file to change the level/eggsteps/happiness without making the file corrupted and unplayable?

If it is possible, am I able to change the attacks of the pokemons or pokemon ID's so they change into another pokemon?

yes. open the files with notepad and change what you want. just know that DVs = IVs and FPs = EVs

also make sure you look up pokemon ID# first before changing them.
dont tinker with too many of the values for example:

isShiny will only take 0 or 1 as a value, each representing yes and no.

only change what you know is correct, also if you change a pokemon completely, look up its stats or use a stat calc to find out what its base stats should be (before considering the EV's) and edit those accordingly
