Implemented National Park music

I didn't post this in the Bugs forum, since it's technically not a bug but I guess feedback.

In National Park, Route 2 music plays instead of National Park's theme, which can be heard here:

I assume it was just forgotten about, but it's no big deal. Just putting it here so Nillzz or whoever doesn't forget about it putting it in next patch or whatever.
