No Radio?

I;ve gotten to the point where I need to wake up the Snorlax in front of digglets cave and I'm unable to. When I open my "Q" menu thre is no radio for me to play the poke flute. I've talked to every NPC I can think of. Did I miss something? ive attatched a picture of my pokegear and what it shows. Sorry the top row is hard to see but I promise there is no radio.
