Duplicate Confuse Ray inflicts damage, but does not confuse

My Gastly knows Confuse Ray, and has always been able to confuse enemy pokemon, but in 0.27, Confuse Ray inflicts damage, and doesn't confuse the enemy pokemon.

I think Viger means that Confuse Ray was working properly prior to 0.27

I think that the forum would have a lot of thread with the same problem, maybe adding all the bugs of the moves in only one thread would be better, thanks.
