Duplicate Slenderman.dat??? O.o

Has anyone noticed that in your /pokemon/scrips/ folder there is a slenderman.dat file?

I just stumbled along this when I was looking for a text config file.
What could this possibly do?
Are we being watched as we innocently play the game?

slenderman is a really old something awful meme thats spread over the whole internet, every man and his dogs heard of slenderman and nilllzz thought it'd be funny to put him in as an easter egg, no mystery here
