Is my gamejolt savefile broken or other region is not playable yet?

Hey,

I just beated the last 5 guy after cinematic and credit screen i got teleported to the starter location. After that, I visited them again and battle started like i didn't beat them before. Are those 5 guy repeatable? I cant progress to Mt.Silver and Viridian City.

The Elite Four and Champion are repeatable. Kanto is completed and open for exploration, you can begin that part of the adventure by talking with Prof Elm any time after you have beaten the Elite Four and Champion atleast once.

@Darkfire may i ask one more thing:

I have 41 level Lampent and a Dusk sone. Wiki shows Chandelure don't learn any new skill by leveling up Is it true or wiki has missing/incomplate page about this? Should i wait to 69 level for Overheat or Chandelure can learn it on higher level something like maybe 72 or 74 i dont know. (Atleast I can wait to 53 level for shadow ball)
