not yet, the elite four hasn't even appeared, and YOU HAVE TO BEAT THEM to get the NATIONAL POKEDEX which unlocks ALL the pokemon.

until then, it would be pointless

If you don't noticed that all listed Pokemon are Pre-Evolutions and Evolutions of 1-2 generations Pokemon, so these could be add at older versions.
