Lag Problem

I'm in Ilex Forest, and its almost impossible to do the Farfetch quest, for it keeps lagging.
Any tips on how to remove it?

Graphics- Fast
Render- Tiny
Offset- 0

I have the same problem and settings, but i lag everywhere except in buildings, or small levels, i have no idea wha to do so im searching the interet for solutions

i would rocommend deleting everything besides the save from the "pokemon" folder
and then update the game via the launcher, this will give u a fresh batch of files

if its still not fixed, go to the options and select reset options or whatever
and then fix everything else to your liking besides for the grpahical stuff (offset, graphics, etc)
