well i cant say for sure but i have to say its from experience since i was a kid (thanks to the GBA Sonic Games and Fan Comics)
the main thing you have to take notice is Shading. Shading is a big part for Sprites because it makes them pop out. its the same as Photography.

So I need to practice... Like everything, I suppose... I had to practice for make some good 3D models, so now I've to practice for do some sprites. I hope I can reach your level, one day, but I'm not even a little sure. xD And I have the impression it will be so hard... Thank you for the support and the hints!

I always have the hardest time with the back of my character head but here . I'm still working on him but yours is pretty good. oh can you do washuu from tenchi muyo? XD I'm like a huge fan of her.
