New Bark Town map "glitch"

Wasnt sure where to put this seeing as I wouldnt consider it a glitch but I noticed that the window that the rival is looking through isnt there he's just staring at a wall... not sure if this was known or not thought id throw it out there

This is known and has been the subject of much discussion about what to do with it
many people want to be able to see out the window(as to see silver at the beginning of the game
nothing as of yet has been done about it though
