Files cannot be download.

I double click on Pokmon3D.exe. I click on "Download latest version." When the window comes up, there is nothing after "Gameversion:" nor "Release date:" and the Download button is not highlighted and cannot be clicked. The only thing I can click is "Cancel." Is it the fault of Windows 8's bugginess, or is it an issue with my router (it's sensitive with port forwarding, so would I need to open a port?)?
