Multiple Questions, Start up, and Save/Load

Ok, couple of questions
When I open the launcher I have to do the "Download Pokemon 3D" thing everytime even though it's only a few minutes it still is annoying.
Also a few times this has happened, when I go to pause menu and save it, the next time I open Pokemon 3D I have to start a new game because save didn't work.

Are you running it from a zip folder? Make sure you extract it first.
