The Shiny Charm is not obtainable yet, but it is still possibly to encounter Shiny Pokémon in the wild.im just wondering if i can find a shiny pokemon by grinding OR if i can obtain the shiny charm after catching them all

what is the encounter rate for the shinies?
1 in 8,192, just like Generation I to V of the official games.
