Fixed Pokedex bug & more

Updated to .17, made a new game, made it to Mr Pokemon. Did not get pokedex. Had to go into the Player file and force it [Confirmed: this has not been implemented yet still]. Then when I looked at the Pokedex and tried to go down from Pidgey, the game crashed. Tried again with going down from Pidgeotto's spot and it crashed again.

Also, lots of other bugs have yet to be fixed, but I won't go into detail here. I do want to mention that I forced my Charmander to have Ember, and when it reached lvl 7 it learned Ember (but the game didn't tell you still). This could be a problem down the road for Pokemon from eggs that inherit moves they usually learn later on. Solution: the learning of new moves script/code/event should check if the Pokemon has that move already before giving it to them.

One thing I am happy about is that nicknaming allows numbers, spaces, and '.' and ':' but it's weird; holding shift and pressing '.' produces ':' instead of '>'. At least, it should by my keyboard... [Under investigation: game possibly relies on German keyboard]

Also nailed a bug I wasn't sure about for a while. My Charmander beat a lvl 5 Rattata and "gained 41 experience", but when I look at its exp before and after, it turns out he gained 44 exp. Not sure if this bug applies to all enemy pokemon and all of your pokemon.

The game seems to recognize your keyboard as german keyboard ... ( "." becomes ":" when using shift on german keyboards)
Would be nice if someone tested this.

no pokedex isn't a bug, i looked at the script and there simply isn't anything there to give you a pokedex. this patch added the egg.
