pokemon 3d mt silver

So I have a suggestion for mount silver. maybe add the starters into the wild encounters as super rare like maybe a 1% chance and in the cave add the fossil pokemon at maybe a .5% encounter rate. Idk just seems like a good way to impliment the non jhoto starters.

Non-johto starters can be obtained via trade already, as well as Kanto fossile pokemon.
