Not confirmed [Indev 0.53.3] Battle HUD Disappears when Resizing Window

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
Battle menu options or the Battle HUD appear during battle (Both online and offline) when playing on a smaller resolution window. Other menus of the game seems to resize properly and appeared as it should be, when playing on a smaller resolution window.

My machine can't handle fullscreen at full speed very well despite turning off various graphic settings on "Option" menu; hence playing on smaller resolution to optimise.

What actually happened:
Battle menu options on the right hand side of the screen does not show up on any resolution size windows except full screen. Resulting me being unable to battle and stuck in the battle screen; unless I enabled full screen mode which then made the game grind to a halt.

Steps to reproduce:
1. ...Start the game via GameJolt game client or use the P3D EXE file from the OS program folder
2. ...Can be offline or online
3. ... Resize the game window to a smaller resolution sizes. I used the following screen resolutions to see if I can get battle hud to pop up.

751 x 438

694 x 474

888 x 609

766 x 343

4. ... Battle against Trainer or wild pokemon
5. ... Battle mode works fine but no battle HUD appear.

My bad. If the text box and everything scales and resizes depending on the size game window, that would be great. I managed to tweak around the settings and resize the game window to make it run smoothly. I haven't tested online yet, will let you know if it works or not.

EDIT: Managed to find a resolution size that works for me - 1132 x 822. The game runs smoother and the menus is showing correctly but the rain particles from the weather system is making it lag to a extend. Tried Graphic options Fancy and Fast and it doesn't make much difference in FPS.

Is it possible to make the rain particles less "resource intensive" for processing?
