Zigzagoon

I looked for location of the pokemon, and the pkm3D Wiki, but nothing was there. I 'noticed' that the game Is based off of Gold/Silver. So I checked a different Wiki. This one said the locations for it (Zigzagoon) are the Bell Tower, Burned Tower, and Sprout Tower. Could I get a confirmation on this?
