Implemented NPC Pokemon Trading for Pokemon You Cannot Obtain Unless Traded

My topic is simply about:
"Can there be NPCs in towns and cities in Pokemon 3D so they can trade me pokemon such as their Graveler, Machoke, Kadabra, and Haunter for one of my pokemon so I can obtain a Golem, Machamp, Alakazam, and Gengar legitimately?"

I also want to see this for item-trade only pokemon such as Slowbro, Scyther, Poliwhirl and Onix in which those 4 need a King's Rock and Metal Coat to be held and traded so they can evolve.

Trade evolutions themselves aren't even possible currently
right now to get those pokemon you will have to cheat your save file
also trades will be put into the multi player aspect of the game and thus will be available so don't expect that to change(though you could always play my mod where there are no trade evolutions(and much more))
