Solved Can't access into Pokemon3D.exe

I downloaded the pokemon3d.exe and tried to open the file.
It was okay until the window popped out stated

"Navigation of page was cancelled"
What you can try it :
Refresh this page.

Then I refreshed the page, but still can't.

"This programme cannot be displayed on the webpage.
Most likely causes :
-You are not connected to internet (which I'm already connected )
-The webpage is encountering problems.
-There might be a typing error in the address."

What should I do to solve it ? Anyone could offer help?
