Trading Pokémons

So there are some pokémons that I cant trade with my girlfriend, some one can tell me why? (Both of us are in the Elite 4 stage and have the same badges and type of connection (online) ).

Pokemon with HM are not allowed to be traded. ( except fly )
Eggs aren't allowed too.

You have to upload the photo somewhere like imgur and paste the image link in the forum.
