Suggestion to Trade Only Evolving Pokemon

I'm sure a ton of us hate catching ourselves a nice Gastly or Geodude just to find out that Gengar and Golem are unobtainable to us!

Until a Pokemon Trading System is implemented, I'd suggest making a new desk at the Pokemon center (maybe upstairs as a place holder for now) where you can send your Pokemon back and forth through a One Way Trade System just to get the evolution. It would help a ton of people out!

I thought about something similar as well. However, something akin to an evolutionary stone item. A one use item and evolves Pokemon that require trades to evolve. I even thought it to be funny to give it a pixelated image of an old link cable and calling "Link Cable".

Adding on to this, how about combining the two and have it so that you need a Link Cable to use the Trading System. And, you should also need some amount of badges, say four or five.
