falling to ground

i was in the cave right before getting into the slowpoke-city(not the one team rocket are in with the ledder) and i step down the stairs where ther is only 1 trainer with dead end , and when i got down i fell rigth ' into!!' the ground so now im stuck.
can you releas some code to have a rope so i can get out of the cave because i trained alot and i really can reset playin over again.

You can change some value in your save file, to change your in-game location. Now, I don't know the codes, but maybe someone knows!
