Money getting idea

The idea is unnecessary, as the game is far from being finished. We have very few wild Pokemon as it is, so the money needed for Pokeballs isn't really there yet, seeing as you can afford more than enough to catch everything that currently exists. Not only does wild Pokemon dropping money not make sense, it just doesn't seem necessary.

I prefer the idea of rebattling trainers rather than money from wild Pokemon. I think it might work well if all trainers reset either once a day (like at midnight) or have a 24-hour recharge like the apricorn trees, that way you still get to go back and rebattle trainers and make a bit more cash, plus it adds something to do, especially in the early stages the game is in now.
