Fixed struggle

if a pokemon depleted all of his pp he starts to use struggle as usual but there is no recoil.
the recoil normally is 50% of the damage done to the enemy.

btw. I really like the new signs next to pokecenters and pokemarkts

The recoil damage isn't implemented yet, so, "it isn't a bug"
