Glitchy Problem

so I was at slowpoke well,im done defeating all team rocket grunts and when I was on my way out of the well,i fell into the stairs...(the first one inside the well) instead of just going down then walk normally i fell under it and now im on under the well...i cant move and accidentally saved the game.so everytime i click continue or load game i always end up on the same problem and now im stuck. HOW DO I SOLVE THIS CRAP I REALLY NEED HELP

goto /pokemon/save/<save name>/player. dat

the second line should look some thing like this:
Position|20,.1,5
you want ^ to be .1 if at ground level
just keep adjusting until you are fine

This happened to me too while on Misty.

I'm going to edit my coords but still, hopefully this can be fixed soon!
