Fixed (0.22.1) TM Deleting Bug?

So this has been posted before, but it was stated as fixed in this update, and it's still happening. At difficulty 0. My pokemon, Heracross, only had 3 moves, so I gave it TM 49 (fury cutter) and it disappeared.

Ya happened to me also. Hoping patch is in 0.23.
Only happens to pokemon who have less than 4 moves.
