Fixed [Indev 0.53] Extreme Server Lag

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
... The server to behave like the last version.

What actually happened:
... DUDE it literally crashes my whole computer!

Steps to reproduce:
1. ... Start server
2. ... Let run for a while
3. ... Try to do something...

For me it works like used to in previous version, but guy who opened new server have this issue. Weird.

It depends on how many players are on the server at the same time and the computer's specifications

At the moment, I have no players in and I've typed out this entire message before it shows "At the moment"

And I closed it, and my computer's running perfectly. Took like 5 minutes to actually close. (pressing x, "not responding", pulling up task manager and forcing it closed)
In 0.52.1, I could easily run it with the max I've seen of 18 players and no lag whatsoever. And play minecraft while the server was running, no lag. Now, with 0.53, it just needs to run for a couple hours, and my whole computer is locking up til I finally get it closed and restarted for another few hours.

I've redownloaded and put all the files in their own folder. I'll update on how it does later.

It's back to lagging like a fat guy chasing a twinki on a treadmill D:

I have a powerhouse server and every few hours the server client eats 100% of all cores in the CPU.
