Duplicate Going into the ground

I was on the way back out of the slowpoke well and when I was going down the ladder I went into the ground and had to quit. I don't know if this happens everytime, but it was quiet annoying.

this happens regurally(nillzz is working on it)
you can save and then force yourself back up by editing the save file
the second line in the /pokemon/save/<save name>/player.dat contains the location on the map
the second number should be 0.1
