My Gyarados has a strange pinkish dot next to it. I know there are other Pokemon with those black lines etc, but would be nice to fix them asap. Also it seems to me that Gyarados is too huge (just as Arbok).

we tried to scale the pokemon so they would have about the right height difference... but we couldnt. it's impossible, gyarados, lugia, onix etc are all too big. so we had to make it so all big pokemon were double size. all pokemon shorter than 0.5meters is 0.7 x scale. between half a meter tall and 3 meters tall it scales between 0.8x and 1.8x scale. so if anything, that gyardos is too small

the dot however is a problem. noted.

Oh, I see. Well, then they should be bigger as they follow you. Might be a bad idea for Gyarados because I only see Gyarados when I'm using Third Person Camera, lol. (I'm too small compared to Gyarados)

yeah, they need to scale too. we'll look into it. the follower systems pretty new and hasnt been fully fleshed out

in hg/ss if you have something huge like lugia out they only get out of their ball outdoors, and their sprites about twice your size

What if, regarding bigger pokemon sprites like Lugia, Onix, Gyarados etc., the camera instead zooms a little out as a second feature for only huge, higher level pokemon?
For example, the normal feature is set with the battle animation that is currently the standard for small (begginer) pokemon battles,
while the second feature is set with a slightly farther away battle animation for the practical use of having your more evolved pokemon (Steelix, Feraligator, Golem, Machamp, Blastoise, Gangar, Tyranitar).
Plus you can add the trainer sprite in the second feature like in Black/White and also be able to reuse it later for Double Battle animation scenes.
Just an idea.

But, what about a Snorlax? I think a Snorlax would fee offended a little, I mean, jeeze it's huge already as it is haha
