Custom trainer skin size help

Hey guys, I can absolutely do nothing with a computer when it comes to art/editing and all that jazz.
That's why I'm making this thread to see if there is a nice soul out there, there maybe could help me making this skin the right size for the online pokemon3d.
It would make the game so much cooler for me if anybody could help me out, I would really appreciate it.
