Solved [Indev 0.52.1] Prevented Progress

Describe the bug you experienced here.

What I expected to happen:
Continue to follow the adventure pokemon , no jams in single location.

What actually happened:
I did all mission (power plant, wake up snorlax, fight misty, brock, mt. moon etc. but still cant get acces to saffron and pallet town. Sometimes i have bug when i am stucked in single location. I can only fly to leave it its happened when server is max.

Not a bug, you need to go to pewter city, to the museum and talk to the scientist there, then go to vermilion city and talk to the guy standing in front of the small speed boat.
