My Charizard in the game is OP atm, and as MegaCharizard it is going to crush everyone. It honds power herb atm, to be able to use solarbeam immideatly, but since it gets drought in the mega evolution, the loss of the power herb is no big deal ^^

The EV counter will not give you an exact number, but you will get an idea how much EVs you have.

We really need a guy that blocks the door to the gym & tell the trainer to go to the burnt tower, just like in HGSS

Well, there is nothing that says that you can't have several of 1 pokemon atm, though the PvP system might limit that like in the official games.

Ok, then first you need to defeat 8 gyms & then take on the E4. If there is already a champion however, you need to defeat that person too.

You can't have a Tyranitar in a team with Dragonite if you were to become a gym leader. I believe Champion is different on the other hand.

Though, if you want to be a gym leader, then you have to fight the gym leader with a team containing only the type that the current gym leader hold.

1 time / week for each gym? It gives you 14 chances for a badge per week - the badges you already earned.

My priority now is not leveling, I need specific EVs, which I cannot find there.

I'm already training to the max, I'm breeding & EV train my grass pokemon so that they will be ready to defeat the other person that wants the grass gym spot.

TL : DR

The people that will be the gym leaders are not chosen yet, and thus we cannot open a conversation. If several people wants to be a gym leader, then they will have to battle to see who is the best.

I myself want to have this team as my grass team: Amoonguss, Ludicolo, Roserade, Torterra, Shiftry & Celebi, but as I said, none of them are available atm, and gen 1 and most gen 2 grass types are so weak.

You still lack 1 pokemon. I myself have planned for a team with no pokemon that is obtainable in P3D atm. THAT is bad :P also, I am a bit concerned over the TMs, since ti is disappearing after use, you can only have one pokemon with Earthquake for example. It will make it a lot harder to make...
