From what I can identify from the crashlog, specifically the part below, teleport is what causes the crash. In case you need that abra, try inflicting it with a status like sleep so it can't use the move.

Confirming this as of [Indev 0.57.1]. Tested against Farfetch'd on R48. The item was no longer held by my battling pokémon and was not available in the Bag either.
I experienced a crash on the party Summary screen as well, under slightly different circumstances. Therefore I will simply attach my report below instead of posting a new thread, to shed light on any other possible factors that may have caused the crash.
