i would be VERY surprised if this project wouldn't receive a letter from them
Also, it would be nice if you would add that you didn't make the models in your first post, the way i perceived your post was that you made them yourself.

What "I" have done so far, is add 3D models, create in game models, texture broken models and still put some good effort into adding custom animations with my own rigging. I am not doing anything against the Law or against Nintendo privacy and licencing. PokeGen is a completely different type of genre of game. If we wanted to make it live action like PokeGen, then we would. Please don't compare the two.

FYI, i wasn't comparing the 2 projects. just stating that their 3d artists made their own content instead of re-using existing content.

Just to make sure you guys understand.. i love this project, and i've been a BIG pokemon fan since pokemon red/blue. i just think that taking ripped material from commercial project to create a fan project is dangerous. there have been TO MANY great projects that got cancelled because of this. re-creating things is still against their rules, but is a step in the safer direction.

They can ask us to stop if they wish, but as long as we make no money and we stop using their shit if they ask they probably won't sue.
We have always used content from nintendo for this game, the map layouts, text, and sprites are often taken directly from their games and we dont claim direct ownership of most of this, we do this for fun and if nintendo shuts us down then they do

So what you all think? FYI, im scaling the ball to the manga and the Model sheets, not the anime as the anime has about 4 different shapes of pokeball that i've seen, some with HUGE buttons (maybe due to old school lazyness on the anime drawing side.)

im thinking of a mirror look for those lil light blue panels... Maybe Coleman can do that for me, i got another project to work on for Nilllzz. Also i need someone with Photoshop to just go over my textures. I have made the texture in such a way that you can customize the model yourself and make more Pokeballs for us.
Im hoping Nilllzz can create a toonshader for us with good cell shading the current one is just a shader model, will make the game look intense anime style @nilllzz

Took me an hour (WITHOUT COFFEE OMG! WORK LACKS COFFEE!! I NEED MY FIX DAMMIT!!! BRING ME MY JAVA!!!!), just needs a good texture, unless you want original leaves, then someone must show me a design and ill make it like that. I however prefer this because its basic and keeps with the theme of the game.
