You know, you can train your Magneton at Mount Mortar to have it evolve to Magnezone, or you could evolve an Evee either with a leaf stone or at the Ice Path to get a Glaceon. It can be considered one of the best glass cannon Ice Types in the game. Disregarding legendaries it has the highest base special attack of all Ice types, so moves like Hailstorm, Ice Beam and Blizzard will give it a powerful offense. Otherwise, I don't know how to get gen 3/4 native pokemon right now. It has been rumoured, that we might be able to access the Hoenn region, once Johto and Kanto are done, But I have nothing concrete to back that up, so it might aswell be wishful thinking.

While this is true, mediocre hints are fine. As long as you don't give them hints that would instantly let them know where it is. A secret is a secret that has to be found.

My Totodile is lvl 9 and hasnt learned water gun due to the update. Does that mean that Totodile wont ever learn water gun even when this is fixed?

don't like the new battle system (it makes me confuses and not like pokemon battle anymore), and i think its better using 2d sprite than a 3d model in battle (cause all the other environments is in 2d sprite, so it's kind of weird seeing only pokemon in battle that are 3d), the one i like in the new battle system is the GUI

You will learn moves like normal
but for ~1/3 of the moves when used in battle they will act like pound and call themselves pound
