Ah, you can't get the electrizer then. Darkfire was a douche and made it so that you must choose between the magmarizer and electrizer.
If you did the upper floor first, you get the magmizer.
If you do the lower floor first and then upper, you get electrizer.

If you beat Hugh first and then Markus, you get the Magmizer.

I beat markus first. then hugh, He gave me the magmarizer, but not just one. After beating him and telling him where his friend was, I talked to him again and he gave me another one. then he was gone
