0.35 My game crashed how do i fix it?

I opened the file to continue my pokemon game and it said it has crashed =( dose anyone know how to fix this?

you could try reinstalling it maybe? keep the save files and replace them when you do so.
unless you have an online account, with that, i would contact either the admins here or on Gamejolt.
either way, just my idea n goodluck

I kind of... avoided this thread because I didn't have enough information to work on and when I saw it I just woke up and didn't have time since I had stuff to do. Sorry about that.

Anyway, could you give me more information regarding the stuff you were doing in-game or did you mess with any of the files?

This happened to me too o:

I updated to version o.35 yesterday and played a few times, worked fine. This morning I started up my computer and I get the "Pokemon 3D has stopped working" error message. I tried redownloading the update, and no dice. I haven't edited any files or whatnot.

In the meantime I'll try copying my save data and redownloading from gamejolt, I'll see if it works from there~

So I tried that, and the game worked fine at first, but when I copied my Save folder and put it over the clean one, that was when the error message popped up when I started the game again. Sooo it seems the save data got corrupted at some point :x Any suggestions?

Hrmm... Did you edit something into your file? Like a Pokémon?
Did you press the ''continue'' or did you press ''Load Game'' and then the save you want.
Do you have a content pack/Game Mode applied?

I gotcha, and nah, never touched a thing. It is pretty weird, it was working fine yesterday, but for some reason restarting my computer seems to have broken everything x_x

Now, if you would. Move or delete any saves you have, and then try to run p3d again.

There doesnt seem to be a problem with your save. Runs fine on a fresh version of Pokemon3D.

Hmm my first download still doesn't work even without the save files, and the fresh version I got worked until I copypasta'd my old Save folder over the new Save folder, and then I get the same immediate crash. Once I undo all that and put a clean Save folder back into the fresh version, the game works fine again. How did you do it?
